The Site is hosted on Squarespace and is not a transactional platform — memberships and billing are managed separately through PushPress.

7. Membership & Facility Use

Off-Hours Access Policy: Off-hours access to the facility is a privilege, not a guarantee. All members are expected to uphold a strict code of conduct at all times — this means treating the equipment, the space, and fellow members with full respect. The gym must be left clean and secured exactly as you found it. Any misuse of the facility, damage to equipment, or failure to follow posted rules will result in immediate revocation of off-hours access and potential membership termination.

New members should be aware that 24-hour access may not be granted immediately. A trial period is at the discretion of club staff, during which your conduct and familiarity with the facility will be assessed before full access is extended.

Membership terms, billing, and cancellation policies are governed by the agreement you entered into through PushPress at the time of enrollment. If you have questions about your membership, please contact us directly.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law
